• Continuous system training and improvement

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure you have the right to upload and use the documents you submit
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. AI Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy, please understand that:

• AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate
• The Service is not a substitute for professional human judgment
• Accuracy typically reaches 90-95% after the first month of use
• You should verify important information before making business decisions
• We provide confidence scoring to indicate response certainty

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service:

• Your documents and data remain your property
• We do not use your data to train models for other clients
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• Upon termination, we will provide your data in standard formats

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are agreed upon in a separate contract. The following applies:

• Payment terms are specified in your service agreement
• Setup fees may apply for initial implementation
• Monthly/annual subscription fees may apply based on usage
• All fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We endeavour to maintain 99.5% uptime, but please note:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability
• Planned maintenance may result in temporary outages
• We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability
• We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance when possible

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service:

• You may terminate at any time with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate for breach of these Terms with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, we will provide your data within 14 days
• Outstanding fees will be invoiced and payable immediately

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for AI-generated content errors or omissions
• We are not liable for third-party service interruptions

10. Intellectual Property

The following intellectual property rights apply:

• Our software, technology, and branding remain our property
• You receive a limited licence to use the Service during the contract term
• Your documents and data remain your property
• You may not reverse-engineer or copy our technology

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
